About this game

A one-ship salvage run through the broken belt. Shoot rocks, strip scrap, bolt on bigger guns — and don't stop drifting.

Void Drifter is a free neon asteroids-style space shooter for mobile and desktop browsers. Drift through sectors of asteroids, raiders and motherships, collect scrap and buy upgrades — spread cannons, homing missiles, shields, magnets and dash drives.

How to play

  • Desktop: ←/→ or A/D rotate · ↑/W thrust ·
  • Space fire ·
  • Shift dash (once unlocked)
  • Mobile: drag on the left to steer and thrust, hold FIRE
  • The screen wraps around. Collect yellow
  • scrap and spend it on upgrades between sectors. Every 5th sector holds a mothership
